I’ve spent over 30 years practicing meditation and more than a decade researching theology, always exploring how spiritual practice shapes well-being. Along the way, I trained in martial arts for 20 years and became a qualified yoga instructor, teaching Christian Yoga—a practice that unites spiritual depth with physical discipline.
My daily rhythm of morning and evening meditation has become the foundation of my own spiritual and mental clarity, and it’s the same rhythm I now share with others.
Beyond theology and wellness, I hold a PhD in Computer Science and have published research on the intersection of science, society, and technology. This background gives me a unique perspective on how mind, spirit, and life systems connect.
Through my courses, my goal is simple: to guide you in building a grounded meditation practice that nurtures your spiritual growth, strengthens your mental clarity, and fits meaningfully into your life—wherever you’re starting from.
