Dan Watkins joined Qualtrics as employee #15 and went from rep, to team lead, to starting the first corporate sales team, to building out and leading a team of 550+ reps across the global sales organization all the way through their $8B acquisition.

He then grew Forethought from 17 to 120 amazing people and increased their revenue by 10x in 18 months.

He now mentors and advises CEO’s and Sales leaders around the globe to help them develop their sales organizations and the people in them.

Those he’s taught and mentored have gone on to lead sales teams at companies including Amazon, Google, Microsoft, SAP, Udemy, Qualtrics, and more.

Through all this, Dan’s passion has always been believing in the individual and enabling them to succeed.
