Dan Watt has been a certified ACE personal fitness trainer since 1998. He has taken numerous courses along with specialist courses in nutrition, functional training, and weight management.
Dan has trained hundreds of clients over the years. Including teachers, nurses, real estate agents, RCMP, pre-police foundation, business men and women, and numerous others with a variety of careers. At the gyms he has worked at he has trained and met people from around the world. He has also worked with numerous post physio clients. He specializes in posture correction and proper body mechanics.

Taylor has been active Massage Therapist in good standing with the CMTO since 2008. Her range of technique modalities includes general Swedish, non-Swedish, hydrotherapy, remedial exercise, and cupping therapy. She also does NISA Basic (Neuromuscular Integration and Structural Alignment) and MPS (micro current point stimulation) therapy. Taylor has presented a number of educational workshops to a variety of audiences, primarily focused around health and wellness maintenance and proper exercise posture. Taylor's prime objective as a Massage Therapist is to support all of her clients in achieving their individual health and wellness goals.
