I have been practicing and teaching spiritual and energy-based methods for many years, first in Germany and now in Canada.
My goal as a teacher is to make spiritual practices easy to understand, practical and accessible. I believe that learning does not need to be complicated. I guide my students step by step so they can develop their own experience and confidence.
My main areas of teaching include Shamanic Journeying, Shamanic Healing, Soul Retrieval, Energy Healing, Intuition, Spiritual Development, Tarot and Reiki.
I am a Reiki Master Teacher and Shamanic Practitioner, and over the years I have worked with people individually, in groups and through online courses.
My courses include practical exercises, guided meditations, downloadable materials and step-by-step instruction that you can continue using after completing the course.
I also teach and practice methods such as Past Life Regression, Mediumship, Trance Healing, Aura and Energy Work, Spiritual House Cleansing and other spiritual development practices.
I am the founder of the WhiteLight Self Empowerment System and the Healing Grid Connection.
I was born in Germany and have lived in Canada since 2005. German is my native language, and I teach courses in both German and English.
