I have spent more than ten years in IT, on both sides of the table. I began my career in 2009 as a mainframe developer in Bangalore, writing COBOL for banking systems at Mphasis, ITC Infotech and Infosys. At IBM, I moved into coordinating major system upgrades, and discovered that the hardest problems are never in the code. They are in the room. As a project manager, I have delivered more than sixty software implementation projects at TD Bank, led TELUS Health's first cloud migration to Google Cloud, and managed AI product delivery for a SaaS learning platform. I hold PMP, Certified Scrum Master, Azure, AWS and ClickUp certifications. I teach project managers to become tech-fluent: to understand how software is actually built, to hear a plan instead of a wall of jargon, and to know what is essential and what is noise.
