My name is Dave, and I have been involved in cybersecurity throughout my career. I’ve spent the majority of my career understanding and adopting the mindset of a hacker. My experience has allowed me the opportunity to really dive into security and the technologies around it: building hacking and security applications, investigating cyber attacks and breaches, hunting for internal threats, managing, configuring, and monitoring firewalls and other security equipment, and hacking into systems (sometimes bypassing security measures). I currently hold OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional) and CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) certifications.
