I'm Dave Payling, a university lecturer, visiting fellow, and audiovisual artist with over 30 years of experience in music technology and audio production.

My speciality is audio mastering, helping producers and musicians understand the techniques, workflows, and critical listening skills required to prepare music for professional release. With more than 20 years of higher education teaching experience, I've guided learners from beginner level through to postgraduate study.
