He leads technical workshops and strategic client engagements centered on cloud operational maturity, Microsoft 365, Copilot enablement, and AI application development using Azure AI Foundry. His work focuses on architecting scalable cloud foundations, optimizing infrastructure costs, and driving practical AI adoption across complex enterprise environments.

Beyond platform engineering, David is the author of The Excuse Index and a keynote speaker specializing in personal agency, accountability, and preserving the human element in AI integration.
