About Me

I'm David Onuchukwu, an OT/ICS cybersecurity professional with over 4 years of hands-on experience in Nigeria's oil and gas sector. My work focuses on protecting the critical infrastructure that powers our world—from power grids and pipelines to manufacturing plants and telecommunications networks.

My journey into OT security began in IT, where I worked as an IT Analyst for two and a half years. That foundation in networking and systems gave me a unique perspective: I understand both the IT side and the operational realities of industrial environments. I've seen what happens when IT-style security controls are applied without understanding operational constraints—and I've learned how to get the balance right.

My Mission

I created this course because I saw a critical gap: Nigeria and Africa urgently need skilled professionals who understand both the operational and security aspects of industrial control systems. The demand is growing rapidly, and the supply of qualified professionals is limited.

What I Teach
