I am a Structural Engineer with over 8 years of professional experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA). I work in a large international shipbuilding company, where I am involved in the structural design, strength assessment, and vibration analysis of marine structures.
My expertise includes linear and nonlinear FEA, global and local strength analysis, vibration investigations, and structural optimization. I have hands-on experience working with complex welded structures, from local equipment foundations to global models of the entire ships.
I am highly familiar with major ship classification rules (including DNV, Lloyd`s, and others) and apply them in real engineering projects on a daily basis.
I primarily use Siemens NX for modeling and NX Nastran for simulation workflows.
My courses emphasize practical application over theoretical discussions. I teach industry-proven methods and workflows, ensuring that students develop the competence needed to handle real engineering responsibilities.
