For more than 20 years, I have worked at the intersection of neuroscience, cognitive neuropsychology, emotional intelligence, personal development, and family education. My work focuses on translating scientific knowledge into practical approaches that parents and educators can use in everyday life.
Over the years, I have personally contributed to the design and implementation of thousands of family education support plans. Together with my team, I have helped more than 50,000 individuals and families better understand emotions, behavior, relationships, stress, and personal growth.
My teaching approach combines scientific understanding with real-world experience. Rather than offering rigid formulas or quick fixes, I help parents and educators look beneath a child’s behavior, recognize the emotional and developmental needs involved, and respond with greater clarity, empathy, and consistency.
My goal is to make emotional intelligence understandable, practical, and useful—so that adults can build stronger relationships with children while supporting their emotional well-being, resilience, self-regulation, and ability to learn.
