About me
I've spent more than 20 years in project and construction management — the kind of work with real budgets, real schedule pressure, and real consequences when the plan doesn't hold. Everything I teach comes out of that experience.
I hold three PMI credentials: the Program Management Professional (PgMP), the Project Management Professional (PMP), and the PMI Construction Professional (PMI-CP). I sat those exams as a working practitioner, not as a full-time student, and I know exactly what it's like to prepare for a high-stakes certification around a delivery schedule that doesn't slow down for you.
My courses here are practice questions and full-length mock exams. That's a deliberate choice. Most candidates who fail don't fail because they haven't read the material — they fail because they've never practiced choosing between four answers that all look defensible, against the clock, in the language PMI actually uses. Reading builds knowledge. Question practice builds exam technique. You need both, and the second one is where most study plans fall short.
Every question I write comes with a full explanation: why the correct answer is correct, and just as importantly, why each distractor is wrong and what mindset leads you to pick it. The questions are original, written by me, and mapped to the current exam content outline.
If you're a project or construction professional working toward a PMI credential, these exams are built to tell you the truth about where you stand before the real one does.
