I am a professional Project Manager and Structural Engineer, holding a Project Management Professional "PMP" certification and a Master's degree in Project Management, with a total of 20 years of experience. My core focus in both my work and teaching is bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world execution.

In the engineering field, I am a Building Information Modeling "BIM" expert with a long track record in steel design and industrial modeling. I provide practical, project-based content for teaching Revit, helping engineers and architects create smart parametric "Families" such as clips, cable systems, roof panels, and steel frames.

As experience accumulates and projects evolve, mastering project management becomes essential to successfully deliver large-scale projects, especially in the design and BIM fields, which require precise cross-departmental coordination and the management of complex operations.

Therefore, I bring 12 years of hands-on experience in applying Agile methodologies, having previously worked as a Scrum Master. Currently, I lead project portfolios in the Middle East valued at up to 800 million SAR, ranging from Data Centers construction and engineering software development to managing complex BIM projects.

My courses are designed to simplify complex concepts and transform them into applied case studies suitable for engineers and project managers, with the ultimate goal of elevating their professional competency in real-world work environments.

في المجال الهندسي، أنا خبير في تقنية "نمذجة معلومات البناء" بمسيرة طويلة في تصميم المنشآت المعدنية والنمذجة الصناعية وغيرها. بقدم محتوى عملي لتعليم برنامج "ريفيت" بيعتمد بالكامل على المشاريع الحقيقية، علشان أساعد المهندسين والمعماريين يصمموا "مكونات ونماذج" ذكية زي الكليبات، أنظمة الكابلات، ألواح الأسقف، والهياكل المعدنية.

ولأن مع تراكم الخبرات وتطور الشغل، احتراف إدارة المشاريع بيبقى ضرورة عشان تنجح في تسليم المشاريع الضخمة، خصوصاً في مجال التصميم ونمذجة معلومات البناء اللي بيتطلب تنسيق دقيق جداً مع الأقسام التانية وإدارة عمليات معقدة.

عشان كده، بمتلك 12 سنة من الخبرة الميدانية في تطبيق "المنهجيات الرشيقة" أو ما يعرف بـ "أجايل"، واشتغلت قبل كده في دور "قائد لفرق السكرام". حالياً، بقود محافظ مشاريع في الشرق الأوسط بقيمة بتوصل لـ 800 مليون ريال سعودي، بتتنوع بين إنشاء "مراكز البيانات"، وتطوير التطبيقات الهندسية، وإدارة مشاريع النمذجة المعقدة.

دوراتي متصممة عشان تبسط المفاهيم الصعبة وتحولها لدراسات حالة تطبيقية بتناسب المهندسين ومديري المشاريع، وهدفها الأساسي هو رفع كفاءتهم المهنية جوه بيئة العمل الحقيقية.
