Dr. Dieter Veldsman is an award-winning organizational psychologist and HR expert with a distinguished career in Strategic HR, Organizational Design, and Development across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. He's held pivotal roles including Group Chief HR Officer and has been recognized as 'Chief HR Officer of the Year' (2021) and 'Practitioner of the Year' (2018). A Professor of Practice at the University of Johannesburg, he's a sought-after global speaker on HR and the Future of Work, hosting "The HR Dialogues" videocast. With 18 years of experience, he's presented at over 100 conferences, published over 125 articles, 25 academic chapters, and three books.

He is currently the Chief HR Scientist at The Academy to Innovate HR where he leads the thought leadership, subject matter expertise and advisory teams to enable HR to be future-fit and relevant in the future of work.  He also serves as Board member on various Advisory Boards for organizations and universities in the human capital and technology domain.
