I have been working as a Software Developer since 2001, being a passionate Agile Project Manager since 2009.
I have an extensive experience working in technical project management roles, especially in platform teams with complex systems. I understand and communicate complex engineering issues and ensure they are on the right path.

Agile Retrospectives, Facilitating Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Collaboration with Product Owners on Product- and Sprint Backlog, Burndown & Velocity. Ensuring the visibility of the team’s progress and success for all stakeholders.
Supporting teams on work of product development with an end-to-end responsibility of their products.
