Doru is the co-founder of ALDO CSS, with over 33 years of teaching experience in both high school and university-level informatics. He earned his PhD in Computer Science and is currently an Associate Professor at University Politehnica Bucharest. For more than 20 years, he has served as a member of Romania’s National Informatics Commission, contributing to the development of curricula for high schools and secondary education. He has achieved outstanding results with his students in Bacalaureat exams, university entrance exams, and national and international informatics olympiads. Professor Doru Popescu has authored over 80 scientific papers and has proposed numerous problems for national olympiads and international training camps, many of which are featured on major online learning platforms. At ALDO CSS, he is responsible for delivering lessons and preparing students for bacalaureat and university admission.
