Dr. Ahmed Halim is the Human Resources, Organizational Development, Administrative and Legal Affairs Departments’ Director at 3 Brothers Group.

Before being entitled for this position, Dr. Ahmed was the global OD manager for a big multinational corporation, National Paints, and was responsible for developing all the branches all over the world including developing company strategy, management systems, policies, SOPs, Performance Management System (PMS), training plans and career development plans for all managers. To be eligible for that, Dr. Ahmed had more than 18 years of masterful managerial experience in diverse industrial and service corporations in the domain of the HR.

Dr. Ahmed has also more than 7 years of adept consultation career during which he helped 27 companies to reform and solve deadly managerial problems with exceptional results on their final net profit and market shares.

Dr. Ahmed is also the founder and the CEO of EDO Paris which is a consultation and training company established in Paris, France. The company is specialized in management, HR consultation and training.

Dr. Ahmed is also the founder and the CEO of Covey Business Academy which is specialized in management and leadership training for professional managers. The academy graduated more than 500 managers, most of them are now leaders in reputable organizations around the world including the United Nations.
