Akriti Gupta is currently working as Assistant Professor at IIBS (airport campus) and Ph.D. from Department of Management Studies at the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad. I have completed my graduation (btech) with gold medal, master’s (MBA) with silver medal from IIIT, Allahabad.

My research work is dedicated in automating human resource processes with the help of artificial intelligence to which she has three copyrights registered to her. Her research areas include Organizational Behavior, Work Culture, Sustainable Human Resource Management practices, Strategic Human Resource Management practices, Job Satisfaction, the VUCA model and people analytics with vast knowledge of different softwares (IBM SPSS, AMOS, MS Excel) and languages (C, C++, Java, Python).

Her research publications includes in SSCI, ABDC and SCOPUS listed journals. Also, I am mentoring a start-up from IIIT Allahabad, funded by NewGen IEDC. In addition, I work as a corporate trainer for AIILSG (semi-government organization). Alongside working with multiple start-up as consultant.
