I'm Dr Frances Willis and I am an experienced and passionate educational psychologist. I have a doctorate from the University of Newcastle, UK in Applied Educational Psychology and now have over 10 years experience supporting schools, children, young people and their families.

Everyday I work directly with schools and educators just like you. I have a passion for working with teacher so that they feel knowledgeable, confident and empowered to make changes in their own classrooms. I strongly believe that Educational Psychology can help us answer the question ‘What do schools and classrooms need to be like, so that children can thrive?’.

I love offering training which provides you with useful, practical ideas as well as protected time be reflective and help you work out how new ideas could develop your practice. My training focuses on helping schools and teachers become more thoughtful and effective in supporting all children and young people, whether that’s through developing their independence as learners, deepening their knowledge of special educational needs (SEN), making reasonable learning adjustments for all children or having a more restorative response to behaviour.
