As a Senior Accredited Lecturer, Research Guide at the University of West London, RAK Branch and Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy,UK (SFHEA) I am driven by a passion for transformative learning experiences that bridge academic excellence with real-world application. My journey spans over two decades, where I have led Quality Assurance Audits that secured the prestigious Diamond Rating for the university, mentored over 50 research scholars( UG and PG), and guided initiatives that inspired critical thinking and leadership in future change-makers.
My passion for community empowerment extends to women’s leadership through FemAlphas, where I spearheaded initiatives that equipped women with the confidence, skills and networks to thrive. These experiences have been further enriched by my work as Chief Editor of the University Magazine, amplifying voices and stories of transformation. I am honored to have received recognitions such as the Outstanding Faculty Award from the University of West London and the Emirati at Heart Award from Shaikha Jawaher Al Khalifa. My research on AI in Education and Social Media's Impact on Executive Functioning are published in Scopus and ABDC-indexed journals, pushing the boundaries of how technology shapes learning and cognition. I am also the author of Destination Success—a guide to personal and professional growth.
Beyond Academia, I founded Doors Performance Consultancy LLC, partnering with government bodies like Sharjah for Capability Development and Rubu Al Qarn to deliver high-impact training in leadership, conflict management and organizational behavior. My role as Operations Head of Destination Success UAE allowed me to design and deliver over 60 youth development events, including family conferences inaugurated by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, attended by thousands of students and families across the UAE.
