I’m Dre, founder of Quantum Morrigan and I focus on intercultural communication, cultural intelligence, and practical strategies for working across borders.

My work helps professionals understand how culture shapes communication, trust, hierarchy, negotiation, and decision-making in international and multicultural environments. I’m especially interested in turning intercultural theory into practical insight that people can use in business, sales, partnership-building, and cross-border collaboration.
