Hi, I'm Hiroki Ebihara.

I have worked in the IT industry for more than 20 years, including 11 years as a Software Engineer and 9 years in engineering leadership roles. Throughout my career, I have served as an Engineering Manager, Project Manager, and former Chief Technology Officer.

I am passionate about helping teams build better products by improving communication, leadership, and development processes. My approach focuses on practical techniques that can be applied immediately, rather than theory alone.

In my courses, I share real-world experiences, lessons learned from successes and failures, and proven practices for Scrum, project management, team building, hiring, and continuous improvement.
