I have dedicated more than two decades to the practice and teaching of traditional Thai massage. I began my training in Chiang Mai, Thailand, in 2003 with the renowned teacher Mama Lek Chaiya, followed by formal studies at the Old Medicine Hospital.
Since then, I have returned to Thailand many times to continue learning from experienced traditional healers and to deepen my understanding of Thai therapeutic traditions.
My background also includes a comprehensive anatomy, physiology, and pathology program designed for nurses, as well as postgraduate training in osteopathy for massage therapists.
These studies have given me a strong foundation in both traditional healing systems and modern biomedical sciences. I am also a certified medical translator.
Over the years, I have taught hundreds of students internationally, created numerous professional training courses, and authored multiple books on Thai bodywork, massage therapy and clinical herbal medicine.
I also host the Touch Decoded Podcast, the podcast that bridges the gap between clinical science and the art of massage therapy.
