Hi, I’m Eleni - a Machine Learning Engineer and Engineering Lead with experience driving data and ML initiatives at some of Europe’s largest ride-hailing and tech companies.

I’ve built and scaled systems for experimentation, model evaluation, and personalization, working on products used by millions across multiple markets. Alongside my engineering work, I’ve designed hiring frameworks, led technical interviews, and mentored candidates for data and ML roles, giving me a clear view of what top teams look for in great talent.
