I’m an English tutor and experienced level 3 British Sign language user and  I am co founder of The Other 93%

  We are 'The Other 93%', a training group focused on assisting businesses and their employees in reaching customers who have communication difficulties.

These difficulties can arise from various reasons, including deafness, hearing loss, learning disabilities, mental health challenges, Autism spectrum disorders , and experiences of care leavers. Other factors like physical health issues, cultural differences, emotional states, unclear messages, language barriers, perceptions, and gender-related concerns can also make communication harder and reduce its effectiveness.

Alongside our main services, we provide in-person training in the UK and offer online courses on Deaf awareness, Effective communication, and Basic English phrases for non-native speakers.
