As someone who started self-learning music at the age of 6, I have always had a strong desire to improve and learn as much as I can. I also spent an immense amount of time learning and teaching English and Japanese. Since my teenage years, I was strongly passionate about Japan and after spending 2 years there learning their language, I felt even more connected to the culture and language. English has been a second language for me since I was a child because that is what I used to communicate with my father, who also encouraged me as a child to pursue music even though we could not find a school for it where we lived. Ultimately, I ended up spending a lot of time going through books and whatever the state of the internet was back in those days to learn all I could.
