Eman Saad Mohamed is an Interface, Integration & Stakeholder Management professional with 24+ years of experience delivering major infrastructure, rail, MEP, and construction projects across Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

She has held leadership roles on major programs including NEOM Regional Infrastructure, Egypt High-Speed Rail, Cairo Monorail, and major infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. Her experience spans interface management, program integration, stakeholder coordination, technical management, project readiness, authorities, utilities, contractors, and multidisciplinary delivery.

Eman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, an MBA from Swiss Business School in Zurich, and is PMP certified. She is also preparing for the PMI PgMP certification.
