My name is Emmanuella Aboa, and I am honored to be your instructor for this course.

I am a business strategist, executive coach, trainer, governance professional, and learning and development expert with over 20 years of experience helping organizations and individuals unlock growth, navigate change, and achieve sustainable success.

I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Marymount California University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Edith Cowan University, Australia. I am also currently pursuing a PhD in Strategic Management, further deepening my expertise in leadership, organizational performance, strategy execution, and sustainable business growth.

Throughout my career, I have worked extensively in governance, leadership, strategy, business development, marketing, talent management, and organizational transformation across diverse industries and markets.

As a certified coach, trainer, counselling psychologist, and behavioral analyst, I bring a unique blend of business expertise and human-centered leadership development. My work has empowered executives, entrepreneurs, managers, and emerging leaders to strengthen performance, improve decision-making, and lead with greater impact. This commitment to excellence has earned recognition through several national and international awards.

In 2008, I founded Transolution Services Africa Ltd, a Pan-African consulting and learning solutions firm dedicated to helping businesses and professionals scale, innovate, and maximize opportunities within their ecosystems. Over the years, I have partnered with organizations across multiple African countries, working within multicultural and cross-functional environments to enhance governance frameworks, strengthen operational excellence, and build leadership capacity.

My experience spans working with multinational corporations, SMEs, public institutions, development organizations, and entrepreneurs across Africa, enabling me to bring both global perspectives and practical, real-world insights into every learning experience.

I am passionate about developing leaders who can thrive in an increasingly complex and interconnected world.
