Jai Sekar is the founder of Eureka Engine, a Life and Executive coaching practice. With decades of experience in technology transformation and strategy consulting, including roles at Amazon, Strategy& (earlier Booz & Co.), and Capgemini, Jai brings a practitioner's eye to coaching: grounded, real-world, and unafraid of complexity.

Jai is an ICF-credentialed coach and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the ICF, Chicago Chapter. He holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
