I’m Eva Paunova, an AI Research Scientist, former Google DeepMind researcher, PhD graduate from ETH Zürich, and NeurIPS reviewer.
My background combines advanced AI research with hands-on work on modern machine learning systems. I’m especially interested in generative AI, large language models, AI agents, and the rapidly evolving tools that are changing how we build software and intelligent products.
I create practical, project-based courses for developers, engineers, and technical professionals who want to understand not only how modern AI tools work, but how to use them effectively in real-world workflows.
My teaching approach is simple: less theory for theory’s sake, more clarity, experimentation, and hands-on practice. I focus on breaking complex topics into practical steps, showing realistic workflows, and helping students build confidence by actually using the tools.
In my courses, you can expect concise explanations, real projects, and a strong focus on skills you can apply immediately.
My goal is to help you move from simply following AI trends to actually building with them.
