I’ve had the privilege of building a law firm from the ground up in the Macau SAR, guiding every detail from operations and finance to marketing, HR, and customer service. It was a challenge, but incredibly rewarding.
Throughout my career, I’ve led teams, streamlined processes, and helped firms grow steadily and sustainably. Whether I was mapping workflows with BPMN, creating performance-boosting SOPs, or navigating tricky client relationships, I always aimed for clarity, fairness, and excellence.
