Hi, I’m Franklin Rodriguez — engineer, author, instructor, and lifelong learner with a passion for turning complex ideas into practical knowledge.

My professional journey has taken me through engineering, communication, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, data visualization, storytelling, and, more recently, artificial intelligence and AI-assisted development.

I began my formal training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming in 2009 and later became a Licensed NLP Coach™ certified by The Society of NLP™. That experience deeply influenced the way I communicate and teach: ideas should not only be understood — they should connect, make sense, and be remembered.

Over the years, I have combined that background with my experience as an electrical engineer, author, and technology enthusiast to explore one central question:

How can we explain difficult things in a way that feels simple, useful, and engaging?

That question is at the heart of my courses.

My teaching style is practical and structured. I like to break concepts down, connect them with real-world examples, and give you tools you can actually use — not just information to remember for a few days.

I’m also the author of “An E-mail of Hypnotic Motivation: 28 Days to Reprogram Your Unconscious Mind”, published in English and Spanish on Amazon. The book explores language, motivation, subconscious processes, and persuasive communication.

Today, a significant part of my work is also focused on artificial intelligence, AI-assisted software development, and the orchestration of AI tools and models. Rather than replacing the areas I have worked in for years, AI has become another layer that helps me research, create, solve problems, and build more effective learning experiences.

I believe learning works best when curiosity meets application.
