Ganesa has led operations at MediAssist,RoofandFloor, Flipkart, redbus. Over last two years he has been helping funded cleartax and Keka scale operations as an independent consultant and helped transforming operations for Medgenome, a leading genomics company. Alumni of IIT Madras and IIM Ahmedabad, with over 2 decades of experience building and scaling people and processes while instilling a culture of predictability, responsiveness and innovation.

Ganesa has successful track record in managing large scale distributed operations in MediAssist and Indian Railways. He has delivered multi million dollar transformation projects in HP, AXA and Aditya Birla Minacs. He has delivered 1x-to-10x hyper growth in redBus and Flipkart. He is currently help scale a Chennai based tech first NBFC - Friendloan.
