At 22, I left my tiny town in Italy to study Finance at Warwick Business School (UK), while people around me kept repeating it was impossible to make it.
At 23, I achieved the distinction class (highest grade) in my master, felt in love with the power of data and wanted to be an expert in Risk Management.
At 23, I joined Deloitte Consulting as an Analyst, in Risk Management for the Banking industry.
At 25, I wanted to be involved more in Management Consulting, while still being in Data & Analytics.
At 25, I joined Oliver Wyman as an Analyst, got promoted twice in less than 3 years and became Team Leader.
At 26, while working in consulting, I also achieved the Financial Risk Management GARP certificate, one of the most important recognition worldwide in the industry.
At 27, I felt in love again, this time with the startup world.
At 28, while people around me insisted I was completely fool to leave consulting, I joined papernest as a Paid Acquisition Lead and got promoted, this time three times, in less than 3 years, and became CMO.
At 31, I'm leading an amazing team of almost 50 people, responsible for the whole SEO and PPC business unit operating across French, Spanish, UK, Italian markets and much more.
