I have been in Operations for over 30 years. As Fractional COO, I assist organizations to improve their operations, whether that is Automation, Cash Flow, Manufacturing, Processing, Product Development, Service Delivery, Supply Chain(In- and Outbound) or Technology adoption. My initial projects since becoming independent were to launch Short Courses for a public University, the next project was to do a strategic review of a Private Artisanal college. My third project was to assist in writing a strategic plan for Non-Profit Organization for Post School Education and Training(PSET), my fourth project that is still active is to improve Operations in my role as Fractional COO for a company producing and selling consumer goods. My fifth project that is still active is to assist a Non-Governmental Organization in launching a new program to assist students from TVET colleges into placement and ultimately into employment.
