Hi, I’m Gina Kitzmiller—a Professional Intuitive, Reiki Master-Teacher, creator of The Karuna Life®, and founder of Trimatri® Reiki.

My work centers around helping others strengthen their intuition in a grounded, and practical way. I believe intuition is something we all have access to, and my teaching style is focused on helping students build trust, discernment, and confidence without feeling overwhelmed or like they have to “get it perfect.”

Through The Karuna Life®, I offer intuitive guidance, energy healing, online programs, workshops, and spiritual development resources. I also teach and attune Trimatri® Reiki students through Level I and Level II certification training.

I’m the author of Soul Walk: The Unexpected Gifts of Grief and Connection to Those in Spirit, an Amazon Kindle #1 bestselling memoir, and the host of The Karuna Life Podcast. I also share guided meditations on Insight Timer to support grounding, reflection, and spiritual growth.

My background includes a Master’s in Vocational Rehabilitation, along with certifications as a Reiki Master, Akashic Records Facilitator, Advanced Divine I AM Practitioner, Grief Educator, Holden Qi Gong Instructor, and Yoga Teacher.

At the heart of my work is a simple intention: to help you reconnect with your own wisdom, recognize how your intuition speaks, and feel more confident trusting the guidance that comes from within.
