I have 27 years of practical experience in the IT industry. I am a John Maxwell Leadership Team certified leadership trainer and have obtained the "AI for Leaders" leadership AI certification from the University of Texas at Austin (UT Austin). Over the past four years, I have continuously served as a Capstone project advisor for the Computer Science Master’s program at the University of Houston, assisting in cultivating the next generation of tech talents and future leaders, enhancing their professional abilities and career competitiveness.
