Hi, I’m Grace Taylor Segal, former Hotel Sales Manager for top hotel brands including Ritz-Carlton and Marriott. I’ve trained dozens of hotel team members, worked in nearly every department, spent 10 years working in Hotel Sales Manager. Then I started my own business, specializing in helping small hotels with sales and marketing. These days, I host The Best Job You Never Heard Of podcast and teach people about how to get started in a hotel career and in particular, hotel sales.
