Hello and welcome! I’m Grazia, a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Holistic Educator, Founder of The Age of Light.

My work focuses on supporting people in creating different outcomes in their personal and professional lives by identifying and working with the root causes of the patterns that keep them stuck.

My approach integrates subconscious work, holistic healing and conscious manifestation. Through Kheper™, the methodology I developed, I work with the root causes of recurring patterns while maintaining a clear focus on the reality a person intends to manifest.

As a Holistic Educator, I teach healing modalities, practices and principles to those who want to expand their knowledge of holistic work, develop their abilities and apply what they learn in their own lives or use this knowledge to support others on their healing journeys.

Through my courses, my aim is to combine deeper understanding with practical application, giving students the knowledge and tools to explore subconscious transformation, holistic healing and conscious manifestation with greater awareness and intention.
