I'm Hacene, a Senior Odoo ERP Techno-Functional Engineer and Trainer with more than 10 years of experience delivering business software across Qatar, Algeria, Switzerland and France.

I currently lead a multi-company Odoo 17 Enterprise deployment spanning 9 companies in 3 countries. I architect and maintain 70+ custom modules that handle more than 10 million records, and I integrate payment gateways, IoT sensors, WhatsApp Business and CI/CD pipelines. Earlier in my career I built Odoo solutions for the insurance, payments, manufacturing, retail and services sectors.

AI is part of my daily engineering work. I use Claude Code for context engineering, refactoring, code review and database analysis, and I configure Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers that give AI assistants structured access to Odoo, PostgreSQL and Azure DevOps.

I've trained teams in English, Arabic and French for years. My courses are practical and visual: each concept is explained step by step, with animated diagrams and real production failure stories, so you learn how things work and also why they break and how to fix them. I design and oversee each course; the lesson videos are produced with AI assistance, and the narration uses an AI text-to-speech voice rather than my own.
