Experienced financial auditor, international tax consultant, and university lecturer with over 18 years of combined professional and academic experience in Morocco, Sweden, and Central Asia. A Moroccan Certified Public Accountant (CPA), I founded and led my own audit firm for nine years, where I collaborated with Big Four group auditors, including Deloitte UAE and EY KSA, on IFRS audits of Moroccan subsidiaries of Saudi and Emirati multinational groups. I also hold an L.L.M. in International Tax Law from Uppsala University in Sweden and previously worked as a transfer pricing consultant at Deloitte Stockholm.

I also served as an Adjunct Faculty member at Webster University Tashkent, where I taught Financial and Managerial Accounting courses.
