My business partner and I operate a Demolition & Disposal company with just shy of 8 figures in revenue. We built a team of sales reps that operate like independent and high performing business owners within our company. They build their own book of business and we facilitate the services. Prior to founding our business,  I was in FinTech Sales for a venture backed company. Over 10 years ago, I studied engineering at the University of Toronto.
