I came to the USA in 1995 from South Africa, as an IT (SAP) project manager.

Although I was eventually quite successful, it was very hard in the beginning.

I was well-educated and trained, but didn’t know enough about America, especially the hidden rules in the working environment.

I am now retired, and want to give something back – share the lessons that I learnt over the 30 years.

I worked with hundreds of consultants on my project teams, the majority of them from India. So this course is especially designed for Indian IT consultants, working either on site or remotely. But the lessons learnt would apply to any foreigner working with Americans.
