Currently, I work at GEISMAR, a global leader in railway track maintenance equipment and solutions. I am responsible for developing new markets and managing offers and projects within the MEA (Middle East and Africa) region. I collaborate closely with all disciplines within the offers and tendering department to ensure the delivery of high-quality, competitive, and winning proposals, and to effectively transition them to the project delivery team. Additionally, I oversee the knowledge transfer from the offer team to the delivery team, verifying the scope, and ensuring the smooth handover of contracts.
