About me
For more than two decades, I have helped people recognize their strengths, communicate their value, and move forward with greater confidence in their careers and lives.
My professional background includes senior leadership experience in HR and Learning & Development, along with extensive work as a professional résumé writer and career coach. I am a certified DiSC Practitioner, have a B.S. in Human Relations and hold the SHRM-SCP designation from the Society for Human Resource Management.
Throughout my career, I have written or reviewed thousands of résumés for professional to C-Suite job seekers in the United States and internationally. Having worked directly with employers, recruiters, and hiring leaders, I understand what organizations look for when evaluating candidates—and how job seekers can present their experience, accomplishments, skills, and passion in a clear and compelling way.
My work has also shown me that career growth is rarely just about having the right résumé. People may know what they want but remain held back by fear of failure, rejection, uncertainty, judgment, or change. That realization became part of the inspiration for my documentary, Know Fear, Know Freedom.
As a filmmaker, I use expert interviews and personal stories to explore the experiences that shape our decisions. Know Fear, Know Freedom examines how fear affects the brain, body, behavior, careers, relationships, and willingness to pursue meaningful change. The film and its companion course are designed to help learners understand fear and take practical steps forward without waiting to feel completely fearless.
My Udemy courses bring together my experience in Human Resources, recruiting, résumé development, leadership, career transition, personal growth, and filmmaking. Whether you are searching for a new job, preparing for leadership, considering a career change, or working toward a more courageous life, my goal is to provide practical, focused guidance you can apply immediately.
You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. You need a clear next step—and the willingness to take it.
