HJ Yoo is a Chemistry and Biology educator with over 10 years of experience teaching students in international and English-language school curricula. She holds a B.S. in Biology and Chemistry, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and an M.S. in Organic Chemistry.

Her teaching focuses on making challenging scientific concepts clear and approachable while helping students develop the problem-solving skills needed to succeed in Chemistry and Biology. She teaches using English scientific terminology and course materials, with clear Korean explanations to help Korean-speaking students confidently navigate English-based science courses.

HJ Yoo is also the creator of ChemBio with YOO and the author of Chemistry and Biology practice books for high school students.
