Irma Berdzenishvili is the founder of EffiLab – The Efficiency Laboratory and former Chief Agility Officer at Bank of Georgia.

She was involved in the first nationwide implementation of Lean Management in Georgia, in partnership with McKinsey & Company and local transformation teams, applying Lean principles across both front-office and back-office operations.

Irma has contributed to 25+ strategic transformation projects, achieving measurable improvements in sales performance, operational efficiency, productivity, and customer experience — including reduced queues, faster service, and streamlined workflows.

She holds an MBA in Business Administration from ESM Tbilisi (Free University of Tbilisi) and a PhD in Information Technology from the Georgian Technical University.
Irma is also a certified PMI-ACP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and an experienced leader in Agile, Lean, process optimization and Process Automation (RPA) practices.

Through EffiLab, she helps organizations improve efficiency, eliminate waste, and build a culture of continuous improvement.
