Hi, I'm Isaac Emiliano Aguilar Domínguez.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Biochemical Industrial Engineering and now MBA in process. I have over 5 years of experience as a Chief of Safety, Regulatory Affairs, Health, and Environmental Management in the automotive die casting industry. Additionally, I have worked for 5 years as a third-party Environmental Auditor for the Mexican government through the PROFEPA Clean Industry Certification program—initially with Inspection Unit 024 and recently with Inspection Unit 052. Currently im Assurance Quality Manager with a Medical Devices Company im in charge of regulatory affairs in the company.

As an HSE Coordinator, my responsibilities included:

Implementing Environmental, Health, and Safety Management Systems

Training personnel in safety and environmental regulations

Maintaining certifications such as ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and IATF 16949

Managing regulatory reporting, including Environmental Licenses, Operating Permits, COA, STPS Federal Inspections, COFEPRIS, and CFE energy increase reports

Handling hazardous waste and chemical management

Auditing contractors and monitoring KPIs

Ensuring compliance with CTPAT, OEA, CSR certifications, and Health Programs

Overseeing Civil Protection Programs, construction permits, environmental impact assessments, and FMEA

As an environmental auditor, I conducted audits for companies in various sectors such as:

Automotive (e.g., Toyota, Honda)

Hospitality (e.g., Fiesta Americana, ONE Hotels)

Healthcare (e.g., Angeles Mocel Hospital)

Government and energy sectors (e.g., CFE)

Pulp and paper industry

These audits were conducted across multiple locations, including San Luis Potosí, Querétaro, Mérida, Guerrero, Estado de México, Mexico City, Veracruz, Puebla, and Monterrey.

Previously, I was responsible for awarding Clean Industry Certification, a government environmental compliance program. I also supported fire risk assessments and inspections of pressure vessels.

I have participated in Lean Manufacturing initiatives aimed at improving waste management and increasing production efficiency at Fulltech Casting México, S. de R.L. de C.V.

Additionally, I have provided support to hotels in obtaining the "Distintivo S" (S Distinction) for sustainable tourism practices.
