I've spent over 16 years turning ordinary classrooms into places where teachers and students genuinely thrive. As Upper Primary Academic Coordinator, I lead curriculum strategy, coaching cycles, and staff development for an entire key stage — and I've got the results to prove it: as LKS2 Coordinator, I took pupil writing attainment from 40% to 65% in a single year by rolling out Talk for Writing across the school.

I hold a Master's in Educational Leadership from Liverpool John Moores University and recently completed a Training of Trainers programme for School Supervisors with American University of Cairo. Along the way, I've designed schemes of learning for Years 3–6, built literacy programmes that stuck, and mentored dozens of early-career teachers through their first nerve-wracking observations.

Now I'm bringing that experience straight to you — practical, evidence-based, and built by someone who's actually stood in front of a class of eight-year-olds on a Monday morning and made it work.
