大家好，我是 NLP practitioner，自2021年起從事心理諮商的工作，為港、台、澳三地的來者提供實體及線上心理諮商，擅長引導來者透過「圖卡解讀」發現自己的盲點，幫助他們了解自己的內在世界。

我開辦過許多實體班，包括自愛班、圖卡心理諮商基礎及進階班、冥想原理及體驗班、情緒解讀班，亦開辦過「探索成長環境」的圖卡工作坊。另外，我亦曾於香港青少年服務處提供「圖卡輔導技巧應用培訓」。

Hello everyone! I am a certified NLP practitioner and have been working in counseling since 2021. I provide both in-person and online counseling sessions for clients across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau. My specialty lies in guiding individuals through projective card reading to uncover their blind spots and gain a deeper understanding of their inner world.

Over the years, I have conducted numerous in-person workshops, covering topics such as self-love, foundational and advanced projective card counseling, meditation principles and experiential practices, emotional decoding, as well as workshops exploring the impact of one's upbringing. In addition, I have delivered professional training on the application of projective card counseling skills for the Hong Kong Children & Youth Services (HKCYS).
